2010 Joop Swart Masterclass
After being selected for the 2010 Joop Swart Masterclass, each participant created a photo story around the theme, Persistence. The participants made an edit of their stories during the masterclass specifically for the World Press Photo website.
At the start of the masterclass, the participants presented their portfolios and Persistence photo story, which contained about 30 pictures. Together with their fellow participants and the masters, they discussed their views on aspects of editing, learning from the experience of the masters. The photo edits presented here were created following this knowledge exchange.
