A boy in a Lebanese camp for the education and military training of 5 to 17-year-old destitute children learns how to crawl. The Syrian Social Nationalist Party takes charge of the children and submits them to tough discipline in mountain camps near the Syrian border. There is never any doubt about who has the last word; the children's fate is in the trainer's hands.
