Maximilian Mann

Maximilian Mann, born in 1992, is a documentary and portrait photographer who focuses on stories about social and ecological changes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in photography from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Dortmund.
 
Mann has published work in Die Zeit, NPR, Huck Magazine, and others. In 2020, Mann has been awarded first prize in the Feature Shoot Emerging Photography Awards, and received a grant from VG Bildkunst. He is the second prize winner in the IAFOR Documentary Photography Award 2019, College Photographer of the Year 2019 in the Documentary category (silver), and the winner of the Felix Schoeller Emerging Photographer 2019. 
 
He is a founding member of DOCKS collective.
