Cemil Batur Gökçeer is self-educated in photography. He has participated in international educational programs such as the Reflexions Masterclass and European Borderlines Project of ISSP. His work has been exhibited in several cities in Turkey and has been published in national and international magazines. He is one of the founders of Torun, an independent artist initiative and art space in Ankara.
