Eunice Adorno (29) was born in Mexico and has a diploma in photography from the Centro Morelense de las Artes in Cuernavaca. She is a freelance photographer and is part of Culturehall and Pymca. Her work has appeared in such publications as El Independiente, Reforma, Marie Claire and National Geographic Travel. Eunice’s photos have been exhibited across Mexico and were part of the exhibition Peso y Levedad at Photoespaña. Her awards include a Fernando Benítez National Cultural Journalism Award for Fraum Blaum, a series on the lives of Mennonite women. She is currently working on her first book, based on this project, and is a FONCA-sponsored Mexican Artist in Residence at the International Studio & Curatorial Program in New York.
