James Lo Scalzo is a DC-based photojournalist with European Pressphoto Agency (EPA). Prior to joining EPA, he spent 16 years as a staff photographer with US News & World Report. Lo Scalzo has a master’s degree in photojournalism from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is the author of the memoir 'Evidence of My Existence'. He is also the professor of photojournalism at George Washington University.
