Hanns-Jörg Anders

Hanns-Jörg Anders (b. 1942) initially trained to be a commercial clerk. In 1966, Anders started working as a freelance photographer, and in 1967, he won the Deutscher Jugend Fotopreis (Young German Photographers' Prize).

He worked for magazines such as Stern, Paris Match, Epoca, Twen and Eltern. Anders joined Stern as a staff photographer from which he retired in 2003.
