Together with Viewbook she initiated Transformations, aiming to support photographers and map the transformations in photography.
For the last 10 years she has been teaching photography, currently at Willem de Kooning Academy and through international workshops.
Between 2009-2016 Rebecca worked as senior producer and interim manager at World Press Photo’s education department.
