Akinbode Akinbiyi

Akinbode Akinbiyi was born in Oxford, England, to Nigerian parents. He has been a photographer since the early seventies, focusing in particular on large urban centers, especially on the African continent.
He has covered all aspects of megacities, from the banal everyday occurrences to the increasing profusion of high-rises. He combines his wanderings with master classes, workshops and writing. His most recent exhibition, "Adama in Wonderland", features photography from Johannesburg.
