Visit the World Press Photo Exhibition 2018 on its world-wide tour showcasing the stories that matter with photography from the 61st annual World Press Photo contest.

The winners were chosen by an independent jury that reviewed more than 73,000 photographs entered by 4,548 photographers from 125 countries.

A special exhibition of work by members of the African Photojournalism Database, a joint project of the World Press Photo Foundation and Everyday Africa, will also be shown. This exhibition shares stories from by four talented members of the APJD, Bassam Ihab (Egypt); Btihal Remli (Morocco); Dennis Akuoku-Frimpong (Ghana) and Jodi Windvogel (South Africa).

To better support female photojournalists around the globe we are pleased to partner with the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF) to showcase the work of the three winners of the Anja Niedringhaus Courage in Photojournalism Award: Andrea Bruce, Amber Bracken and Rebecca Conway.
