The World Press Photo Café is a digital space where professionals can share their thoughts and discuss certain topics. There will be eight virtual round-tables with a small group of guests. The café guests will be visited by different topic hosts to discuss topics revolving around the central theme of ‘Principle and Practice.’
The questions that will be on the table are:
- How can new photography collectives help foster more inclusivity?
- How do we represent the underrepresented?
- How do press agencies attract young talent with new perspectives?
- What is the responsibility of the visual storyteller to the audience?
Moderated by Joumana El Zein Khoury, executive director, World Press Photo Foundation.
Please note: This session is for professionals from the visual journalism and storytelling industry only, with limited access. Make sure to register to save a seat in the online café.
