He has been working as a professional photographer since 1988. During this time, he has worked for a number of newspapers, trade press, magazines and agencies
He is affiliated with the national newspaper Dagbladet in Oslo, where he has covered stories on issues such as youth living in Gaza and Typhoon Haiyan which hit the Philippines in 2013.
His own projects include 'The youth in Auschwitz, 2009' and 'The refugee settlement Bidi Bidi in Uganda, 2018'.
