Marc Diepstraten

Marc Diepstraten is currently the Commercial Technology & Innovation Officer of PwC The Netherlands where he is responsible for driving the innovation of new products and services as well the adoption of technology within the market.  Marc has a long career of over 35 years at PwC The Netherlands and within the international PwC network. From 2016 to 2022, he served as a member of the Dutch Management Board and from 2019 to 2024, he was part of the EMEA management board of PwC.

Since 2022, Marc is also board member of the Foundation Koninklijk Concertgebouw Orkest.

Marc has over 25 years experience in executive and non-executive roles both in the profit and non-profit sectors, especially in the area of strategy development, technology/AI, geopolitics, governance, finance, tax and legal. He holds a masters degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden and participated in numerous executive programs.
 
With his broad expertise in governance, technology, and strategic leadership, Marc is well positioned to make a valuable contribution to the Audit Committee of World Press Photo.
