Duan Yuting is the founder of the Lianzhou Foto Festival, a platform of discussion for the local and international photography scene.
Author of Ten Years of Contemporary Photography in China 2005-2014, Yuting has been a jury member, photo reviewer and guest curator in many international photo festivals, such as Houston FotoFest, United States; FOTOBILD, Germany; Paris Photo Biennale, France; Rhubarb-Rhubarb Festival, United Kingdom; Kyotographie Festival, Japan; Salonika Photo Biennale, Greece; Landskrona Foto Festival, Sweden; Festival de la Luz, Argentina; Young Art Taipei, Taiwan; and Moscow Photo Biennale, Russia.
