The World Press Photo Foundation is both a creator and curator of new knowledge by collecting, examining, and debating developments in photography and visual journalism.
We give insight into current developments and challenges through research and publications. Through this work we want to encourage debate and increase understanding about the challenges and developments facing visual journalism.
Recent projects include:
- Multimedia Research Project
- The Integrity of the Image report
- The State of News Photography 2015 report
- The State of News Photography 2016 report
