As a child, Inas Gohar loved drawing and television. She graduated in 1998 from Helwan University where she studied graphic design and animation. She then worked as a freelance animator and web designer until completing her master's degree in 2006.
In 2004, she decided to shift her career and took a video editing course at The Kamal Adham Center for Television and Digital Journalism. In order to gain more film editing experience and master video editing software, she worked at Rotana Television until March 2013. She also became a certified Final Cut Pro trainer in 2009.
Inas currently works as a freelancer making short documentaries and webisodes while she completes her doctorate in fine arts.
