He was an art school student before joining the French weekly news magazine Paris Match as an intern in 2001, where he now sits as the head of the picture desk.
He believes emotion is a strong means for communication, and combined with accurate journalism, can become the strongest vector for information: the beauty of photojournalism.
He has served on photographic award juries including The Visa d’or, The Bayeux festival, The Lagardere Foundation or The Prix Pierre and Alexandra Boulat.
