Moulay M’hamed Saadi (Morocco, 1984) initially combined his science education with his passion for photography. He is now a self-taught freelance photographer. The attraction that everyday aesthetics have for him form the basis of his photo essays. Saadi’s eye for the beauty of his country is underscored in a body of work that is on permanent exhibition at La Mamounia Hotel in Marrakech. His photographs of a contemporary dance company have also been repeatedly exhibited and he has contributed to several books about Morocco and Marrakech. In his work, Saadi seeks to capture the natural poetry of moments and places.
