Bego Anton was born in Bilbao, Spain. She studied journalism at the University of the Basque Country, specializing in documentary photography.
Her photographic work usually explores the love-hate relationship humans have with nature and animals. She also has a particular interest in the small groups that seem strange to the larger part of society.
