The World Press Photo Café is a digital space where professionals can share their thoughts and discuss certain topics. There will be eight virtual round-tables with a small group of guests. The café guests will be visited by different topic hosts to discuss topics revolving around the central theme of ‘Angles on Press Freedom.’
The questions that will be on the table are:
- How does access affect press freedom?
- How can we counter online harassment of women journalists?
- What kind of support do photographers need on legal issues?
- What does press freedom mean to you?
Moderated by Joumana El Zein Khoury, executive director, World Press Photo Foundation.
Please note: This session is for professionals from the visual journalism and storytelling industry only, with limited access. Make sure to register to save a seat in the online café.
