In a refugee camp near Goma, Zaire (DR Congo), a Rwandan Hutu refugee boy who fled his country during the 1994 Rwandan Genocide, plays and smiles. From April to July 1994 some one-and-a-half million Rwandans fled their country. In the confusion, 27,000 children were separated from their families.
