'A bad day at Mount Hermon': while a fire rages at Silliman Science Hall on the campus of Northfield Mount Hermon School, spectators continue to watch the annual Mount Hermon-Deerfield Academy football game.
Deerfield Academy defeated Northfield Mount Hermon 20-14 that day. The Recitation and Silliman Hall were burnt beyond repair.
