A business-suited runner joins the start of the 19th annual St Patrick's Day Dash. Over 10,500 runners and walkers participated in the 3.75-mile event, which was won by Mark Bomba (Canada), in 16 minutes 52 seconds. First woman home was fellow Canadian Leah Pells.
