Families from a Lebanese border town flee along the dangerous coastal road between Tyre and Sidon, during the Israeli bombardment of the south of the country. The Lebanese government estimated that over 900,000 people, approximately 25 percent of the population, were displaced during the conflict. Travel became unsafe as Israeli bombs also hit roads in the offensive against Hezbollah bases in Lebanon.
